Meet Aysar Fuqaha, the visionary behind Olivo Mediterranean Cuisine. A proud Palestinian and devoted supporter of the local Muslim community, Aysar's culinary voyage commenced over a decade ago. Prior to the establishment of Olivo, Aysar was the driving force behind Pita Shop, a distinguished 100% Halal eatery in the neighboring city of Miramar. Following the closure of Pita Shop, Olivo Mediterranean Cuisine marks Aysar's triumphant return. We're delighted to have you join us on this journey!
